General Terms and Conditions
Ordering
1. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the specified prices. Once submitted, the order cannot be canceled.
2. We will confirm receipt of your order via WhatsApp.
3. We will make every effort to fulfill all purchase orders placed through the Smart Take Trading Limited online store. However, if we are unable to process any order due to reasons such as stock shortages or changes in supply conditions, we shall not be liable to any party.
4. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via WhatsApp. Any amount deducted from your account will be refunded within thirty (30) days from the date of your order. You agree that we are not liable for any compensation related to your dissatisfaction.
Pricing and Payment
1. We strive to ensure that the prices and product information listed on the Smart Take Trading Limited online store are up to date. However, we reserve the right to adjust product prices and other details without prior notice.
2. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express (AE), Alipay, and cash.
Purchasing Products
1. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept exchanges, returns, order cancellations, or provide refunds for purchased products.
2. A Smart Take Trading Limited customer service representative will contact you within two (2) business days after order confirmation to arrange a delivery date.
3. Unless otherwise specified, customers will be notified to pick up the product within 5-7 business days after order confirmation (business hours: Tuesday to Sunday).
4. Any estimated delivery date and time provided is for reference only. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery schedule, we will notify you regarding the status of your order.
5. Customers can arrange for SF Express delivery (free shipping for a single purchase of HK$200 or more).
Delivery Methods
1. SF Express (free shipping for a single purchase of HK$200 or more)
2. Tsuen Wan store pickup (Business hours: Tuesday to Saturday – 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sunday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
3. Pickup available at Central Station every Sundays.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless otherwise specified.
2. If any product is found to be damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered upon receipt, we will arrange a refund or replacement. Customers must notify our customer service department at 61891895 within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of any disputes, Smart Take Trading Limited reserves the right of final decision and may amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before placing an order. Once an order is placed, the customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
